"I loved that as soon as I turned off the main road, the sign had a specific name on it. JESUS. That this beautiful property is dedicated to his ministry. We live in a time and place where it's no longer cool to mention or associate with that name in the eyes of most of the world. I had an unforgettable time here." --Alexander M.
"Thank you for allowing us to use this space to get closer to our Father. As soon as I got out of my truck, I could feel the presence here in a way I haven't felt for a long time. He met me on every inch of this property and restored what was broken in me." --Daniel O.
"Special thanks for keeping, maintaining, and allowing others to share in this special place. The love of God is evident and permeates the entire camp. Surely this is a place that invites the weary soul to rest and restore and receive from the Lord all that He has for them. I have freely received of God's grace through the camp. May God's blessings continue here and in all who come to see." --Dan S.

With the love and vision of Mr. and Mrs. James Stock in 1965, this 15-acre site was gifted to the Independent Christian Churches. It was important to the founders that all children have access to an affordable summer camp experience. For that reason, as the cost of other summer camps rise, Camp K remains affordable. Scholarships are also available through area churches.
